NATIONAL SKIPPING DAY 2006
FRIDAY MARCH 24th 2006
This will be the third annual national skipping day organised by Skipping Workshops. This year’s event is being organised in conjunction with the BRSA ( British Rope Skipping Association), the governing body of skipping in the UK.
During the afternoon of Friday 24th March we are planning the world’s biggest ever simultaneous skip. We asking children to complete a minimum of 100 double bounce skips between 2.15 and 2.30 pm. We aim to have 10,000 children from across the UK taking part. We are approaching the Guinness Book of Records in the hope of ratifying this record.
Please visit our website for the latest developments: www.skipping-workshops.co.uk
You are also welcome to visit the BRSA’s own website: www.brsa.org.uk
