‘Learn to Skip’ is a beginner guide to skipping. Ideal for children, parents and school staff who are new to skipping, it takes you through the basic skills needed to get started in skipping, and finishes with some of the most popular skips of all: the Crossovers and Pretzels. ‘Learn to Skip’ lasts 23 minutes, and has children demonstrating all the skips, with a voiceover explaining how to achieve the best results with a skipping rope.
