As anyone who has taken part in one of our Skipping Workshops will know, one of the highlights of the event is the whole school demonstration at the end of the day.
It’s a celebration of skipping, showing many of the different skipping skills and games that our coaches have taught during the day. Recently we visited Sandwich Junior School in Kent, and they put some videos online of their pupils demonstrating some of the skips they learnt in front of the entire school.
Some of the most popular are skipping rhymes such as “back to back, face to face”, and the ‘figure of eight chase’ which is both superb exercise and great fun.
